02. Conceptualise
From the initial form you fill out, I will learn about your product, business aesthetic, and what you hope to see in your photos. This is the time you send me any inspiration and I will create a mood board or sketch for your shoot for you to approve.
DEVELOP YOUR VISION
03. Create
Send me your products and I will get shooting. Once the shoot is complete, I will edit then send you a link to view your images in a gallery. Pick your favourites and they will be sent to you digitally. Products can be sent back to you after the shoot.

How do I book a shoot?
Send us a message via the contact form above to book. I will get back to you asap and send you some forms to get to know you better. We will schedule your shoot and after signing the contract and sending the 50% deposit, we are all set.
How many images will I receive?
The amount of images is dependant on the package you book. As photography is subjective, I will shoot and edit additonal photos based on the agreed amount. You will get to select your favourites after the shoot, and the agreed amount will be sent to you. If you would like the additional photos, even if it has been some time after your shoot, they can be bought post-production at a discounted rate.
Where are you based?
I am based in Sydney, Australia. I am happy to arrange drop offs of product to my studio if local, however, if you are not local, shipping the products is just fine. If you would like the porducts shipped back after the shoot, I am more than happy to send back, however, you need to arrange for postage.
Do you travel?
I want the absolute best shoot for you. I normally shoot in my studio, however, if you would prefer a specific location (eg. a beach, city views, your storefront, etc.), I am happy to oblige. That being said, travelling requires a large amount of time, euippment to move, as well as other factors. Please send me a message to discuss any ideas for your shoot, there may be additional costs, but am happy to discuss and arrange with you.
What is your turnaround time?
Currently, my turnaround time is 2 weeks from receipt of the products (not from the date the shoot was booked). If there will be any delay, I will contact you before you book if possible, and asap with any other issues (eg. product arrives broken). Express turnaround time is offered when available but at an additional fee. Please contact me with any questions.
Do you have a referal program?
YES! I offer 10% off to existing clients who refer another business to LEX Socials. The referee must become a client for you to earn your 10%. Discounts can not be combined on a single shoot, however, if your refer more than one person, you can save your additional 10% off for your next shoot.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods available include bank transfer or payment using credit/debit cards through Paypal.
Do you offer any payment plans?
Payment for your shoot can be completed in a one-time, upfront payment or a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance paid before the digital photos are sent to you and your products are returned.
For the Social Media Package, you can pay either monthly or fortnightly, whichever suits you best.
